Condition of Sale

1. All items on this website and in our warehouse are pre-loved/used unless otherwise stated.
2. All major defects will be listed in the description of the item.
3. We are not responsible for minor scratches, dents or general wear and tear of pre-loved items.

Holding Policy

1. We ask that you collect your goods within 7 days of the goods being available for collection.
2. If the goods aren’t collected after a reasonable time and after we have made reasonable attempts to contact you, the goods may be returned to stock and a refund processed (minus any storage/holding fees). 
3. A refund will not be issued on the 20% non-refundable deposit.
4. If you would like to store your goods for more than 7 days, storage/holding fees will apply. 
5. We cannot  hold orders for any length of time unless a non-refundable 20% deposit is made.

Deposits and Cancellations

1. If you have made a deposit or paid in full and want to cancel your order, the 20% non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
