Pick-up Policy

  1. As all the goods on the website and in our warehouse are pre-loved/used, it is your responsibility to inspect the goods thoroughly before collection.
  2. We offer direct pick ups from our Sydney warehouse which is located at, 11 Faraday Lane, Meadowbank NSW 2114

  1. To pick up your order please bring your invoice and ID. 
  2. You can ring the doorbell if the door is closed or call us on 0412 275 432.
  3. Payment can be made at the time of pick up. 
  4. If you choose to pick up the goods, manual loading of the vehicle is your responsibility. We do not take any responsibility for any damages to the goods or your vehicle which may occur when loading the vehicle.


Delivery Policy

  1. We offer local delivery at a set fee within the Sydney metro area. 
  2. For deliveries outside of the Sydney metro area, the delivery fee will be advised. 
  3. Orders are hand unloaded.

From $85 per/hour  |  $55 for extra persons 
Up to 10 Kilometres - $85 | $55 for extra persons 
Up to 15 Kilometres - $105 | $55 for extra persons 
Up to 20 Kilometres - $120 | $55 for extra persons 
More than 20 kilometres - Please contact us for rates
* Additional fees may apply for very large orders
* Not applicable to bricks, corrugated iron and some timbers
  1. Please ensure you or a nominated representative is on site to receive the order. In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to either no signature, authority to leave, delays on the site of more than 20 minutes, unsatisfactory weather conditions, unsatisfactory site conditions to enable safe unloading by the operator on the day, the goods will be taken back to the warehouse and either you will need to re-arrange for pick up or re-delivery will occur with extra re-delivery charges.  
  2. Please allow for unrestricted, safe and easy access/parking for the delivery vehicle within your premises. 
  3. We will arrange with you a time for delivery to ensure somebody is at the premises for supervision.
  4. Once delivered, it is your duty to inspect all goods upon delivery, if the delivery is accepted there will be no refunds. 
  5. Any claim for incorrect supply, short supply and/or any discrepancies must be made within 48 hours from receipt, otherwise, you will waive such a claim. All claims must be supported by photographic evidence and emailed to mrw@memates.com.au.  
  6. If a claim is approved returns will be processed within 14 days of notification.
  7. We do not deliver upstairs or inside the house.
