Return Policy

  1. As all the goods on the website are pre-loved/used please choose carefully and inspect the goods thoroughly when picked up at the warehouse or upon delivery.
  2. We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, we are under no obligation to accept goods returned by you. We will only accept returned goods if:

(a). The goods have a defect that was not listed on the website.

(b). The goods did not match the description on the website.

  1. We decline any responsibility for incorrect measurements and/or calculations. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that adequate measurements are taken and suitable for intended use.
  2. No responsibility is taken for shade/colour variation.
  3. As our items are re-used/pre-loved we are not responsible for minor scratches, dents or general wear and tear.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
